Crowd's favourite

After a while, songs that they play on the radio gets a bit ehm, too lame. I mean, where's my favourite Radiohead song, "Creep"?

And that lovely love-lost tune from Alanis, "You Oughta Know"? And Creed's "Arms Wide Open" and Matchbox20's "Unwell" and Offspring's "Come Out and Play"?

OK I'm probably stuck in a weird era. But sometimes certain clubbers ask "Why does certain band keep singing that certain song? That song is old..."

It's coz those songs are crowd favourites. So Najuib keeps singing "Black Magic Woman", Korgian has to do that Gloria Gaynor's "I Will Survive.."

hi i'm EDA from taiwan. tks to my friend, i heard ur music during my trip to malaka at pure bar in september.
well, during my stay, the radio's constantly playing of UMBRELLA or APOLOGISE is a bit shocking.
but i think that's the reason why people luv to go the pubs and hear u guys play for some CREEP,RED HOT CHILI', or ur version of HIT ME BABY. :)))
BTW do u have ur own pieces?

Hi EDA!

thanks for comin' by :)

i hear you - the play-and-replays of the umbrella song - ugh! truth is there is a lot of good music the DJs either dont play or dont get to play (after all malaysia's radio airtime is being controlled by giant labels, like anywhere else).

Yeah the Hit Me Baby song was Rockstar 1 Marty Casey's version - cool eh!

And the band do have their own pieces, which they dont play unless a special occasion arise. Will update on this blog if ever Superfriends decides to put it on YouTube or something like that.

Come and surf your browser back here whenever you're free ya...

Hello EDA,if it were totally up to us, it'd be the late 90's grunge era the whole nite, at least for me. But, of course we have to cater to a whole lot of different people. So that's how Umbrella n Apologize ends up on our playlist. Our own material has somehow fail to fully materialize. Bits n pieces more like it..
