Short stop!

Word has it that band Superfriends was back in KL yesterday to recce a contract opportunity that will make sub-urban KL as their next stop after Swing. But nothing's confirmed yet...

Also, on Monday last week I bumped into the guitarist, Zham said the band's busy practicing with the two new singer. In his words, "Bole-bole la... Tapi rambut Siti dengan yang lain-lain dah macam ape tah... Asyik practice je... "

Yesterday I got to talk to the keyboardist, Siti, who said that the crowd at Swing was quite happenning despite Kuantan's wet season.

Bye 2008, Hello 2009

Band Superfriends said adieu to 2008 at The Beach Club just a few days ago, and now they're opening 2009 at Swing in Kuantan, a spot in Malaysia where there's been good memories for the band.

To fans of Apiz and Syima, sad to say the two vocalists will not be there the next time you catch the band -they both said goodbye to the band as Syima is not able to travel with the band and Apiz has decided to stop fooling around and get a 9 - 5 job hehehe...

This makes way for two new lady vocalists to replace them. Watch out for more updates!
